This week's project

Re-package three of your existing videos. New title (two options each, different formats), new thumbnail concept (sketch or rough is fine — concept beats polish), and one line on why the original underperformed.

Then review two pod-mates' submissions — what would you click, what would you scroll past, and why. One honest paragraph each; giving feedback is half the course.

Submit in #cohort-1-submissions by Wed 18:00 UK. Feedback lands on your feedback page by Friday.

Stuck on which three videos? Pick the ones whose topic deserved better than its click-through rate. The retention graph tells you if the video failed; the CTR tells you if the packaging did.
